Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pay4d" means the online gaming platform operated at pay4d.vu and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services made available to Members.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile browser interface, software, systems, and all related services provided by pay4d.
• "Member" means any natural person who has completed the registration process and holds an active, verified account on the pay4d Platform.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable gaming account opened in a Member's name upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held within a Member's Account, denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Member on a sports market, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) event, or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded by pay4d to a Member, subject to the wagering requirements and terms specified at the time of issuance.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process that pay4d may require Members to complete before withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary by pay4d.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under these Terms or applicable law.
• "These Terms" means these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to and use of the pay4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an Account. pay4d strictly enforces the 21+ age policy across all products and all markets.
2. Jurisdiction: The Platform is primarily intended for players residing in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. pay4d reserves the right to restrict or deny access to residents of certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under any legal incapacity or disability that would prevent you from being bound by these Terms.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
5. Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of pay4d, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from pay4d.

To access the full range of services on the pay4d Platform, you must register a Member Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, telephone number, and email address — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your Account information if any details change, by contacting support at [email protected].
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by pay4d for any violation of these Terms.

pay4d reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at pay4d's sole discretion. Required KYC documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued identity card (KTP or passport), a recent bank statement, and a selfie photograph. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. pay4d employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, pay4d reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — pay4d strongly recommends this additional layer of security for all Members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pay4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

pay4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. All actions taken through your Account — including Bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported unauthorised access promptly.

Deposits to your pay4d Wallet are subject to the following terms:

1. Currency: All deposits are accepted and held exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pay4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by pay4d; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees.
2. Supported Channels: pay4d accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Available channels are displayed at the time of deposit and may be subject to change without prior notice.
3. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold may be rejected automatically. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
4. Processing Time: Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallets are generally credited to your Wallet within seconds. Delays caused by the issuing bank or payment provider are outside pay4d's control.
5. Own Funds: You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. pay4d reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to freeze or return deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
6. No Third-Party Deposits: Deposits made from a payment account not registered in your own name will be rejected and returned. Repeated attempts to deposit via third-party accounts may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests from your pay4d Wallet are governed by the following provisions:

1. Eligibility to Withdraw: You must complete all applicable KYC verification requirements before your first withdrawal can be processed. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at pay4d's discretion.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
3. Destination Account: Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the identity details on your pay4d Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4. Processing Time: pay4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for standard requests. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. pay4d is not liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or payment provider.
5. Withdrawal Fees: pay4d does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pay4d accepts no responsibility.
6. Bonus Wagering Requirements: Balances derived from Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each Bonus is stated at the time the Bonus is issued.
7. Right to Review: pay4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. pay4d will notify the Member of any such delay and seek to resolve the matter promptly.

pay4d may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are awarded at pay4d's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the Bonus amount (or the Bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The default wagering requirement is 10x unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games and low-margin sportsbook markets — may contribute less than 100% toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements, as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• pay4d reserves the right to void Bets and cancel Bonuses where it suspects that a Member is exploiting promotional offers through hedging, bonus abuse, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused Bonus balances that have not been wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

The following general rules apply to all Bets placed on the pay4d Platform. Product-specific rules — covering sportsbook markets, live casino games, togel draws, and sabung ayam events — are published within each respective product section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted only when a bet confirmation is displayed on screen and the corresponding stake has been deducted from your Wallet. pay4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its sole discretion.
• Erroneous Odds: pay4d strives to ensure the accuracy of all published odds and game parameters. In the event that a Bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds or incorrect game parameters due to a technical or human error, pay4d reserves the right to void the affected Bet and return the stake to the Member's Wallet.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per Bet and per event as displayed in the Platform. Bets exceeding the maximum stake limit will not be accepted.
• Void Bets: A Bet may be declared void — and the stake returned — in the event of event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable settlement period, or in any other circumstances as set out in the applicable product rules.
• Settlement: Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result as verified by the relevant governing body or, in the case of live casino games, as recorded by the certified game server log. In the event of a dispute, pay4d's decision on settlement shall be final.

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of the pay4d Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to pay4d at any stage, including during registration or KYC.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Accounts of other Members without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised by pay4d.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to pay4d immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after Bets have been settled.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pay4d staff or other Members through any communication channel.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

All content on the pay4d Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, icons, images, text, data compilations, game interfaces, and the overall design and structure of the Platform — is the property of pay4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pay4d.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform software.
• Use the pay4d name, logo, or any associated trade mark in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by pay4d.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of pay4d's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pay4d excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether or not pay4d has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, including interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials as required under Clause 4.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information, odds, or game results displayed on the Platform where such inaccuracy is caused by a third-party data provider or technical system outside pay4d's direct control.
• Any actions taken by payment providers, banks, or e-wallet operators that result in delays, rejections, or reversals of deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pay4d's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of your Wallet balance at the time the relevant claim arises, or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by pay4d's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

pay4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and maintaining a safe environment for all Members. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Wallet.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic pop-up summaries of your gaming activity and net position during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in, deposit, or place Bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account if you feel your gambling has become problematic. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and takes effect immediately upon request.

pay4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the Eligibility requirements, Prohibited Conduct, and Account Security obligations.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the Member holds more than one Account on the Platform.
• A Member's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination, pay4d will return any confirmed real-money balance (excluding Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements) to the Member via their most recently verified payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts terminated for fraud, money laundering, or other serious breaches may have their balances withheld pending investigation and potential referral to law enforcement.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pay4d support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of verification of identity.

pay4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pay4d will notify Members by one or more of the following methods:

• A prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform.
• An email notification sent to the address registered on your Account.
• An updated "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pay4d holds its international operating licence. For the avoidance of doubt, the primary target market of the Platform is Indonesia; however, this does not imply that Indonesian domestic gambling regulations are the governing legal framework for these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between you and pay4d arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through the following process:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact pay4d support at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. pay4d will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved informally, you may escalate the matter in writing to pay4d's compliance team. pay4d will issue a formal response within 14 days of receipt of the written complaint.
3. Step 3 — Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this Clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
